Where we deliver
HEMZ DECANTS is based in the United Kingdom. At launch, we plan to deliver to addresses in Great Britain only — England, Scotland and Wales.
We don’t plan to deliver to Northern Ireland, British Forces (BFPO) addresses or anywhere outside the UK at launch.
Planned delivery prices (Great Britain)
- Great Britain Standard: £4.99, or free on orders of £30 and over.
- Great Britain Express: £6.99. Express is not included in the free delivery offer.
The £30 threshold is based on the value of your samples after any discounts, excluding delivery and taxes. Free delivery applies to Great Britain standard delivery only.
These are our planned prices and are still being confirmed. The delivery options and prices shown at checkout, before you pay, are the ones that apply to your order.
Courier
Details to followWhich courier will carry our parcels. Perfume contains flammable liquid, and we’re confirming a delivery service that accepts it.
Dispatch and delivery times
Details to followHow long orders take to be sent out, and how long delivery usually takes. We’ll only publish times we can stand behind.
Minimum order
Our minimum order is £10 of samples, after any discounts and excluding delivery and taxes. For example, with £6.99 in your basket you would need £3.01 more to reach the minimum, and £23.01 more in total — not on top — for free Great Britain standard delivery.
Packaging and safety
Fragrance samples contain flammable liquid. Each 2ml sample is independently decanted into a separate atomiser — you will not receive the original manufacturer’s bottle or packaging.
